Kiev Politechnical Institute graduate Dr. Nickolay Shkolnik moved to the USA where he founded his own company and where together with his son Dr. Alexander Shkolnic reinvented rotary engine. The succesful tests results brought investments of $18 million already with $1 million from DARPA, which is the US Department of Defense.
